Joe's Fiesta

Joe's is a great find in old town Pendleton. Authentic decor, delicious food and friendly and helpful wait staff. I ordered the Mexican enchiladas and was very impressed with the spice blend and flavors. Some of the best enchiladas I've had in a long time. Also had a lime margarita that rounded out the meal perfectly.

Found this place via recommendation from the hotel. The food was amazing, the staff were all efficient and very friendly whether talking to locals that were obviously repeat customers or newbies like me. The owner Joe, has the kind of personality that goes with extreme success. In the time I sat there having my dinner, there were several people he greeted by name and he had the same huge smile and quick friendly banter for everyone alike. It was a very enjoyable experience and I hope I have the opportunity to visit again.

Food was passable, nothing special. While we were eating, the owner pulled up in the middle of the street, left the engine loudly running, and covered us in exhaust while he went inside for a really long time. It was long enough that we went inside to ask if he could turn it off (our dogs had started to sneeze and cough) and were told that "he wouldn't be long " After a few more minutes, we left to get away from it all.

We had a big group on a late Friday night. Kids were hungry and parents were thirsty. Stopped by to see if they could seat 15 together and they were more than happy to bring us in. The owner Joe took our order and made all of the kids laugh as well as the parents. Food was great. Service was top notch. The mess we left was biblical! We apologized over and over for the mess and every time it was responded with a “no problem”. They all made sure we were all well fed and “hydrated” before we walked back to our place. Joe and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time. We live 5 hours away but we have all talked about when we go back we will def be back there to enjoy another great meal. Joe, I sincerely thank you for how you all treated us. We had some of our best laughs while we were there. Thank you!

I make sure to visit this place at least once whenever I am in the city. Amazing restaurant with great flavours and decent portions. They make a very decent blended margarita. Food is generally very delicious. Overtime I have tried quite a variety ranging from mole dishes, to taco shell salads, special sauce dishes and burritos. Everything has been up to the mark or better. Polite and swift servers with a beautiful ambience.

This place is great. Sat down and I asked Joe who was waiting on us what he recommended. He said I can do that and took our menus. He came back with a chicken burrito with green sauce for my friend and a beef burrito with red sauce for me Totally what we would have ordered. The beef was large cubes of super tender beef with amazing flavor. His food is just perfect.
