This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway or any other business I have ever been to. When we got there I could see there were only 2 employees working. Owning my own small business in the food industry I completely understood with the hard times hiring employees currently going on across the country. We patiently placed our order of 4 sandwiches and waited while they helped us and several other customers. When they rang up our order it came to $75.00. We asked them to recheck what was entered because that seemed a bit high. We went over the order again of 4 sandwiches. The new total was $63.00 and she assured us that was for the 4 sandwiches. I paid but asked for my receipt. I even tipped them due to the fact the two workers were working very hard. I checked my receipt and we were clearly charged for 5 sandwiches. I pointed that out
To the cashier. She apologized but then said she cannot issue refunds and best she could do was to give us chips, cookies, or drinks to make up for it. I let her know that wouldn’t work, we didn’t need another sandwich and I didn’t want $12.50 in sides. She said she would need to call her manager.
I went and was eating my sandwich. The cashier came out and handed me $12.50 and said sorry. I responded that I understand and I thanked her. When we were getting in our car the young man that was working along side the cashier opened the door and yelled “You Racist F@ck!!”
I walked back to the door and opened it I made eye contact with the young man and very calmly just said “You have a nice day.” He responded with “You too you Rac,” I closed the door at that time and left.
Only go here if you want to be overcharged and then Called obscenities when you catch it.

Took a long time to see anybody with me being the only person in the store and the staff was already very unprofessional..... Should have taken it as a warning.
Sandwich was stuck to the bag they didnt put any bacon on the sandwhich, there was missing veggies, they didn't bag my sandwich, no small cups for meal deal, no ice in fountain, no tea in container, little to no syrup in fountain drink options, no straws. My sandwich was also a little burned and had a distinct crunch to the Flatbread.
I guess there was lids for the cups. That's a plus.

Extremely slow drive through service. Best to avoid. Thankfully the cars behind us abandoned the drive-thru by going in reverse for the rest of us but also back up and leave.

New employee was not very well versed in the menu offerings. Whoever built the sandwich, did not add the onion sauce from end to end, only the center 6 inches of a footlong. Overall it was ok but not my typical Subway visit.

Prices are too high for what you get. Frequently out of popular items. Frequently get your order wrong.

They need to dump their garbage more often. Food was as expected, good. Vegetables didn't look as fresh as they could be.

Prices seem to have gone up and sandwiches were sub par. Also the toaster wasn't turned on so couldn't get my sandwiches toated was highly disappointed probably won't eat here again
