Fabio On Fire

All I can say is Wow! That was absolutely one of the best dinners I have had in quite a while. I got the sausage and mushroom pizza and it was right up there with some pizza I ate when in Italy. Can't believe we've lived here two years and this was our first visit. We will absolutely be back again. Be sure to make reservations when coming for dinner.

Greeted, coming in the door by the chef. Seated in an area that felt comfy. Courtney, our waitress was helpful and friendly, making good suggestions for lunch Halibut with penny pasta and a spicy Salami Sandwich. We're interested in trying the cannoli next time as we had good-sized servings of our meals, homemade bread, plus burratta with fire roasted tomatoes for an appetizer. We were there for our anniversary and do recommend it for any occasion.

I was visiting family, we spent the day sight-seeing and came for lunch, we ate outside on the patio with our dog. He was as well taken care of as we were and throughly enjoyed his meatball. Eating outside with all the beautiful scenery was a refreshing and relaxing way to enjoy our meal. The food was delicious. Our pizza was the best I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and the Crust was sooo good and crispy, not soggy and drippy as most are. The wings also delicious. I am very much looking forward to my next visit.

On any other day I'd give the atmosphere a perfect 5. However tonight me and my significant other went to celebrate our one year anniversary and we were sat by a group of 4 where one specific person was rather rude. I ignored her almost hitting me a couple times as she was flinging her arms around while talking. I even ignored her being over the top loud and making it difficult for me and my significant other to hear each other. However the reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 was her attitude towards the wonderful waitress. As we were enjoying our delicious dessert. This rude lady had asked for the opinion of the waitress for her favorite out of 2 desserts. When Emily didn't answer fast enough this lady got really loud with her. Saying something about how could she not know which is better between the two. Seems how she works there. I could tell she was trying her best to explain they are good for different reasons and the lady eventually ordered her dessert and let Emily leave. I feel as though Emily did a wonderful job trying to please this lady. However this lady was rather difficult to please. I still enjoyed my meal to the best of my ability. I did let a staff member know of my complaint. I also hope the owner of this wonderful establishment gets told about this as well.

Has become our favorite family local restaurant as our girls love ❤️ the pizza 🍕 and the gelato 🍧 . We love the atmosphere and the staff, and you really do get a traditional Italian vibe 🥳. The lightly breaded shrimp 🍤 is my favorite appetizer and love the simple margerita pizza (the kids favorite). I also tried the ravioli and were delicious I only wish they add a carbonara to the menu 😬. Also love the dessert 😍

Fabio on Fire Italian Restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. The appetizers are delectable, with the calamari and bruschetta being particular highlights. The pizza is also worth trying, but the real star of the show is the dessert. The cannolis, gelato, and tiramisu are all heavenly, and the free after-dinner lozenges are a lovely touch. The lemon lozenges, in particular, are a must-try. I've been back multiple times just for dessert! Overall, Fabio on Fire offers a truly memorable dining experience that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended!

We originally made reservations for Easter, but had to cancel, because our party got bigger, but they didn’t have any availability. So, we made reservations for today when they opened for dinner at 4 PM. We were the first guests in the restaurant. The hostesses were very sweet, even laughing at my husbands shirt and I believe our waiter was the owner, who is a delight. All of the staff checked on us regularly,made sure our water stayed full. We ordered a pera salad to start, followed by a Margherita pizza, then Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. We finished with Salted Caramel and Brownie gelato. Seriously, everything is chef’s kiss!! And this place is seriously, authentic Italian! The pizza transported me back to the piazza in Rome. The pasta is fresh and portion size was enough for the two of us. We are already planning our next visit so we can try their Diplomatico and Tiramisu!

What a find! Enjoyed Fabio on fire a lot. The service was on point and impeccable. Enough people to manage all inside. The food was yummy. Seafood pasta Special with white wine sauce was loaded with seafood and tasted delish. The butternut squash pasta was smaller portion, but the best thing all night. The sauce was light and just right amount of flavor. Never had anything like it. Of course the house made Gelato was unique in flavor and enjoyable. We will be back to try the pizza. Thanks Fabio! Wasn't busy and had an open table when we call to check on a Thursday even. Smaller dining area so just call to get your name down.
