Chili's Grill & Bar

Took mom there, she loves the wings. I ordered a salad that had a "drizzle" of something spicy, waaaay to spicy. They gladly remade my salad quickly with no questions asked. My only concern is the front door is half way around the building from handicapped parking. My disabled mother really struggled through her pain and discomfort to get back to the car.

We showed up at a dinner rush on a Friday. The weight was extremely short due to the fact that they were on top of their game or server. Cody 💯 I could not stress how good he was definitely deserves a raise If I could give 100 star rating I would he was the best honestly did not skip a beat everything was perfect. Thank you to him and the staff definitely recommend anyone to come here and I will definitely be returning multiple times due to today’s visit.

Good experience This was my first time visiting this chilli's. overall it was good. The restaurant was clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have 10$ lunch specials on weekdays. The burger was great. The wings were good also but they were a little cold. Other than that nothing to complain about. For a place named Chili's you'd expect the chili to be one of the menu's highlights, but sadly it wasn't. Extremely small bowl, not even totally filled, and no fresh condiments like chopped raw onion.However, I saw a bowl go by that looked filled to overflowing and piled high, so maybe it just depends who is doing the dishing out. The rib meal was very satisfying for my friend, who commented he was surprised at the full corn cob, tasty chicken, and quesadillas, and flavorful ribs. The fries weren't bad either, and I liked the way things were served up in the metal containers and trays, but wish the to-go boxes for leftovers weren't styrofoam, although the little soup container was a paper and plastic combo. Their tortilla chips are always light and fresh. I like the idea of a different Margarita each month, so I tried the holiday berry one with the plastic straw with a mustache on it, but do we really need plastic gimmicks in a world so full of plastic? Nope. Paper ones would be as much fun, so hopefully they can try a more conscientious supplier next time. Our server seemed very harried and when she brought the check she asked if I had a pen, so I went to open my purse and when I turned around she had taken away my plate that I was still eating from! Seriously, they need to slow down and pay more attention to the guests. The headphone wearing is a bad idea since while taking our order you could tell she was half-listening to the earphones too. This isn't a fast food place, but a casual dining restaurant and we should be able to eat without feeling rushed. It's not like people were lined up for seating.
