Papa Johns Pizza

Well. 118 degrees yesterday. 116 Today. Didn't feel like cooking. Ordered a Barro's pizza 6 months ago, came in cold. It was winter time, so they got a pass. I ordered my Shaqaroni online. The Shaq tracker was great, pizza arrived at 30 min from order..and it indeed arrived PIPING hot. Maybe they put it on the drivers roof on the way here...lol!!....I called the manager Jeff and let the team know my pizza was hot, no topping slide, (even though cheese was melty), and it was really pretty tasty. The slices fold as advertised. I usually love a super thin crust like MOD pizza, but for this pizza the crust was perfectly cooked. I mostly regreted not ordering EXTRA pepperocini...and you definately need a second garlic sauce..Thanks for the delivery. 👍

Ordered a pizza 1 1/2hrs ago. Pizza was delivered but we were given the wrong order. Waited 25min to call in and and was greeted by Dara (manager) with a "Hello" not a " thank you for calling Papa John's". I notified her that the pizza delivery driver tried to give us the wrong order, and when can we expect ours. She said the drive then proceeded to the next delivery with "our" original order in his car. I asked that he turn around and bring our order and she said he is already on another route. She said our order would be delivered in about 45min. I told her that was unacceptable and would like our original order. DARA hung up on me!!! Called back and spoke with Chris who said he was a (GM) about the situation, and was told Dara told him a different story about what happened and what's going on with our pizza. All of this is was on a recorded line that was made aware to Chris and will be sent to Corporate. It's been 25min since speaking with Chris who said "I have a driver who can take it now, it will be there in 10-15min." .....
