Burger King

I come here often and I have a condition where some of the nerves in my mouth are dead so in order to enjoy food I have to have it right off the grill and right out the fryer. Today they didn't disappoint as I asked for everything to be made fresh. (For those complaining about cold food simply ask for it when you order) BK. Have it your way. It's really that simple just ask and these guys will deliver. Fantastic experience today and the staff was friendly too. Please don't hate on these guys as they work hard to give you what you ask for. Keep up the good work guys!

The food was good. The service from the drive through was horrendous. I waited 7 minutes before someone took my order. I did not have to wait long for my food, thank goodness...but sitting in my car for seven minutes before someone took my order was unacceptable!!! There was no other customers neither inside or at the drive through.

I’ve had this place twice in a week and both times were good. Burgers were hot and fresh, fries good, drink good. Everything was correct on both orders. This Burger King is better than the one in Morton, where I live. I’ve had so many bad experiences at he Morton one, I just gave up. I’m glad I can come to this one when I’m in town and actually enjoy all of my food. Thanks BK on University.

Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse. The post went live at 11:38 PM on July 16, and a mere 20 minutes later, the Burger King in question was alerted to the rogue employee. At least, I hope he's rogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the Exit data from the uploaded photo, which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later at 11:50, the Burger King branch address was posted with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And three minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "Tell us about us" online forum. The foot photo, otherwise known as exhibit A, was attached. Cleveland Scene Magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift manager said "Oh, I know who that is. He's getting fired." Mystery solved, by 4chan. Now we can all go back to eating our fast food in peace.

Update 06/28/22: Forget my other review, which I deleted. Today, the cashier lady with the twists was the best employee ever for me in 1 year! The most friendly, 110% customer service. I appreciate you & will be back. Last week, the location on Allen served me half cooked original chicken sandwiches for the first time in my life. On University, my food was cooked to absolute perfection & the nuggets were delicious. You outdid yourselves today:) THANK YOU.
