Burger King

Went to Burger King in Peoria Arizona today. I ordered the spicy Whopper melt. They only had three jalapenos on the spicy Whopper melt. Why would you only put three jalapenos on a spicy Whopper melt that's not spicy. I asked to get the counter he said that was the way they did it so I gave it a two-star. Actually I was being nice with the two stars I'll never eat that again and I wouldn't want someone else order that either it's not worth it.

So since when doesn't Burger King sell shakes? Sat in line during the lunch rush just to get myself a shake as a reward for donating blood. Finally got to the microphone only to find out they don't have shakes anymore. They have been removed from their menu. Then I had to continue to sit in line while everyone ahead of me picked up their orders just so I could get out of there. Went to Jack in the Box instead. They have better shakes anyway made with real icecream.

I've never had a pleasant experience at this location in the 4 years I've mistakenly given them my business. The management is subpar at best, and rude and dismissive as a default. The rest of the employees look like they'd rather be anywhere but there, and their attitude reflects it, not to mention nobody stays long enough to work a full pay period because of how horribly this franchise specifically is run. The Thunderbird location isn't any better, save for maybe a couple of people who still manage to put life in their voice, and the owner of the whole Operation is so separated from the situation, nobody in the upper echelons of either store know how to get ahold of him directly. Absolutely shameful.
