I want to start this by reminding patrons that these establishments are fueled by young adults / teens. Most restaurants don’t have a full staff anymore and it’s very hard to keep up with demand. I waited about an hour for my mobile order because they didn’t have full staff and had only 1 grill working. They were still courteous as they attended the dozens of angry customers and my food was fresh. I called to make sure my order wasn’t lost and I could hear the stress in the managers voice. Let’s be more patient and understanding. They are preparing food for your family because you couldn’t or wouldn’t and they’re doing the best they can. I applaud each staff member for their willingness to show up to work everyday and even though I used to be one of those people who didn’t believe it, I now 100% support them making higher wages. After witnessing the amount of ugliness they endure because people lack basic human compassion as soon as they hit the drive thru lanes…they deserve more. Thank you, McDonald’s crew on 91st Ave and olive. I appreciate your hard work and fresh food. You’re all doing an amazing job!

Called ahead to ask about milkshakes. Said their machine was working. Got in drive through line to order, and was told the machine was broken at first. Finally got our order in, but despite telling them three times no whipped cream, our shakes came out with whipped cream! Also, we were told they couldn't do an Oreo Shamrock shake, despite it being advertised on the front of their store. Had to pay an up charge for Oreos, and then they just dumped the crumbs on top of the shake, without mixing it in. Further, our orders were mixed up, and they tried to hand us two different vehicles' orders. Took 40 minutes took get our shakes! They finally arrived melted, and unmixed!!

I was the last car in the drive through when they were closing at 3:00 a.m. Although the wait was a bit long, it was 3 a.m. and everywhere else was closed, so that's kind of expected. The staff was very apologetic about the wait, even accomodating for it with free drinks for everyone in my car. Every item was fresh, hot and tasted good. I could see that with the long line in front of me the staff was a bit overwhelmed, but they never acted like they were. They were all friendly and helpful. Everything was great. Definitely worth the wait.

The workers don't even take your order anymore!! You have to stand in line to make your order on a kiosk. Which takes forever because it does not work very well. Then it tells you to pick a number or scan a number but they don't tell you where this number is, eventually it will spit a receipt out at you and say "hey take this to the register and stand in that line for awhile." This makes absolutely no sense! Why did we stand in the first line if we were going to hand our money or card to the employee and talk face-to-face with them anyway? Does this strike strange to anybody else? Other than that the food is always real good and they have one of those playpens for kids but they are renovating it right now so it's not open.

I am sorely disappointed in what I paid express delivery and still waited an hour on (I understand the wait) I ordered the 40 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink combo. However when I got my fries (cold and DUMPED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG…literally looks like someone just dumped them and threw the containers on the top. And let's not forget about the nuggets all 8 (not 40….not even a full 10 like the box shows….just….8)of them were of course cold. And the oreo frosties were half full. This is beyond ridiculous. Like it’s basic food prep how hard can it be to get a simple order correct?!

You will definitely spend MORE then 30 minutes in the line even at 1:30am and also another 20 minutes because they tell you Pull around the front an they will bring your order. These people here are very unorganized and deserve ZERO STARS for this location. Get it together Night Crew. SOON!!!! DELIVERIES ARE WAITING TO GET DELIVERED PEOPLE!!!!!! These orders just SIT THERE!
