Jimmy Johns

Overrated for sure. This was my first experience with Jimmy John's and it did not live up to my brother's hype. I found the bread to be hard and chewy - not in a good way. I had the veggie sandwich which was overloaded with mayo, then had tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and cheese. We took a #9 to my younger brother, who said after eating half, it hurt his gums to eat more as the bread was so hard. I don't know if it was just a bad batch or this is the norm. Unfortunate to be sure.

6 sandwiches ordered online, zero started by the time I arrived. ALL SIX were not prepared to order, or labeled according to the order ( so the wrapper has to come off and the bread peeled back to see what it is ). A big john without extra meet, a veggie delight where the veggies don't even cover the bread, all veggies left off another. Sorry, but making subs isn't rocket science, so why would I pay a rocket fuel price? What really tipped the cart was being verbally accosted for getting a drink while waiting for the extra prep time. My takeaways were that if you want to order from this location you will have to observe them making the sandwich to have a prayer of getting it right - as well as personally instruct them to label your order selection so you don't have to paw through them all later.

5 orders in a row took 40+ minutes - I live 4 miles away. GPS says 4 minutes to drive. When I called in to tell them, it took me saying I hadn't even gotten an apology to the second manager I spoke with before getting said "apology." I was told there was nothing anyone could do & the first manager I spoke with told me that I should just expect that delivery time any time I order going forward. Extremely displeased with how both managers chose to handle the situation. I wasn't even told they were switching managers, the first one just handed the phone to the second one & the second one didn't introduce herself. I had to ask her name & position. Both were rude, neither showed any amount of interest in caring whether my money is spent there again or not.

Great food every time. The bread is always on point. For me i like a little extra meat on it but its good either way. They also have lattice wraps if you want less carbs. They just introduced lil' Johns which are miniature sandwiches for 3 bucks. Great for the kids. Overall my favorite place to get lunch from, not to mention they have cherry coke!

Absolutely terrible service on the drive through. They weren't available to take my order. Someone asked me to wait. When she was available she didn't understand me and tried to upsale me when I had already ordered large sodas. I waited a long time for the one vehicle ahead of me. And then waited a long time without anyone ever opening up to even say hello let alone take my money. I gave up and left. "So fast you'll freak"? Ummmm, nope. Jimmy John's is the best in the sandwich game but I won't be returning to this location.
