Tall Bob's Ice Cream Roundup

This is the 3rd strike for me. They continue to get complaints left to right from customers. Today they Charge me six dollars for what was supposed to be a waffle bowl strawberry shortcake sundae. But what I got was a small size portion of ice cream With strawberry syrup on top in a waffle bowl with a very stale very hard very old piece of shortcake. This is beginning to look bad for them. The fact that the management does nothing with these complaints and try to not acknowledge that the business needs to be better for the customers is sad.What I should’ve been charged what is the regular price of a small ice cream waffle cone with strawberry syrup on top. And if I was to have told them that it was a old & stale shortcake they would have told me there’s nothing they can do about it instead of replacing it (like they have told me in the past with other orders).They no longer have my business and I will let everyone know.

I love their soft serve ice creme and they're good people working there. I had a little incident there the other day. I waited quite awhile for just a couple medium bowls of ice creme. I told one of the employees I've been waiting a long time . He apologized and gave me xtra icecream. That was pretty cool.👍
