Wingstop

This place is currently my favorite "Wingstop" for wings. The wings and seasoned fries I had were awesome. I got their 10 piece wing combo, which you can order with two different flavors. I went with the Cajun and mild seasonings, which are listed as numbers 3 and 5 of their hottest and both are different takes on their original hot sauce the Cajun seasoning making it hotter and the mild somehow being a diluted version of their original hot. For me personally the Cajun packs enough of a punch to leave my lips burning for several minutes after so I'm not sure how badly I want to try the other two hotter ones. The mild was delicious, which has me thinking heat wise the original hot would be the perfect level of heat for me. I'm definitely looking forward to going back to try the other flavors and 10 wings just doesn't seem like enough to really sit down and enjoy.

*Sauced appropriately* Did a quick check and things looked good. Got back to hotel and realized they didnt put the right sauce on one batch they were not cooked all the way and they put all drums in that I did not ask for. Partially my fault for not being thorough on checking and trusting employees of a company that I prefer for wings. Whoops. Positives** the wings were sauced good and I got a ranch.

As a regular, I have to say that this is one of my favorite places to go to around town. Like the show cheers if you come around often enough it’s a place where everyone knows your name and order. I always feel welcome here as the staff always serves with a smile and are nice to converse with. The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. Their menu has a variety of selections to choose from. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered wings directly from the Wingstop app and paid directly on the app. The app stated my food was delivered but I did not receive it. I called the store and received poor customer service. The person I spoke with told me that it wasn’t his problem that the order hasn’t been delivered. It’s been 40+ minutes since my food was supposed to be delivered and I still haven’t received it.

Use to be great. Always hot and orders made correctly. The last 2 times I've ordered, they have been messing up my orders, leaving food out, not giving me the extras I paid for or food is undercookedor cold. Not sure if the staff has changed or what, but it's not the same as it use to be. Disappointing and frustrating.

Horrible service. The manager was very rude and served us cold food after waiting over 25 mins from the designated pick up time for an online order. Very rude and refused to provide any information how to correct the situation. I tried to call to receive any information and was hung up on multiple times.
