Good food but consistently incomplete order fulfillment. It's unbelievable how consistent they are in missing the items in the order. Time after time they would simply not pack the order completely. Good luck if you checked the order to pick up and go back to the counter to get the missing item. That's your second mistake. They would visually show frustration. Of course they can have a bad day or two bad days but again this attitude consistently just makes me never want to go back if it was not the quality of food.

3 stars is for food and service, not for discounts and promotions. I am Daily customer to this restaurant. Waiting for rewards after my 6th visit. But no use 👎. Everytime sending $1 off on flatbread pizzas offer after my 6th visit thinking that is the good promotions giving to the customers. Very bad

I was trying it out as they have the unlimited coffee deal going on. I only made it to two visits before I decided to cancel the subscription. On the first visit I did pick up (they brought my order out to my car) for a coffee and a bagel. It was okay but my the top half of my bagel was burned making it inedible. No biggie! I ate the bottom portion and called it a day. The second time I ordered 3 items for pick up in the cafe (I also ordered a sliced bagel not toasted). I then realized they didn't give me a coffee cup so I asked for one and made my coffee. Went all the way to my car and realized I was missing a chocolate croissant. Not only that but my bagel was also toasted although I hadn't asked for it to be. It was pretty busy so I was pretty nice and understanding about it but 2 out of three items I ordered were not there. Will try this establishment again at a later date and change my review based on that experience.
