These people are rude! NEVER AGAIN!!! In February my one and only child turned 18! I wanted her picture on the cake! I paid over $54 for this cake in advance! My baby goes on February 11th to pick up her cake and it was a cake that said Happy birthday Niyah and had butterflies on it! My daughter told them that this was not her cake and they said yes it is! My baby told them that this cake was supposed to have had her picture on it and they said the printer was broke! They then lied and said they tried to call when they had not!!! They gave her back the $15 they charged for the picture; however, they laid the money on the counter and told her bye! I called and asked to speak to the manager who lied and said she was not the one who did this to my daughter! What she didn’t know was, I was on the phone when my daughter was in there! While talking to her she took the phone away and was helping people until I asked her if I needed to come up there and have this conversation in person. She said no I’m sorry let me switch phones! She continued to deny she was the rude one who did this to my baby! She apoloLIED how sorry she was and said I’ll get a gift card out to you! It is now March 21st and I have yet to receive a gift card that if mailed out would have only taken a day to get here! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY! WALMART HAS BETTER CAKES THAN THEM AND WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! A whole cake went to waste, it wasn’t even worthy to take to her birthday party!

We ordered a sheet cake for my daughter's birthday and honestly the cake was on par with what you can get at a grocery store. Also I asked for Minnie Mouse decorations and all I got was a plastic figurine and a few other cheap things. Will not be ordering a cake from here again. However we did get some cookies and they were very good.

We just taste tested/ordered our wedding cake. Upon arrival we see the coolest bakery guy in the world from the amazing washington IL location so that was pretty sweet(no pun intended). And the lovely owner was so kind and fun to interact with. They have the best sweets I've ever tried! Will always go here for the next sugar fix🤪
