If I could give this place a no-star I would. The service is slow as molasses. We sat at the drive-thru screen for 10 minutes before ordering, to which they didn’t know their own products that we were ordering. We only ordered two shakes, which took another 10 minutes of sitting at the window to receive. The employees walking in and out were in snails pace. I would guess that there either isn’t a manager and or the manager never received any sort of managerial training. Horrible. Won’t be visiting this sonic location again.

Staff ignores customers before closing and refuses to take orders - but doesn’t tell anyone, they ask them to wait and then ignore them until closing.
Pulled in around 10:40. Speaker said they’d be with us in “just a minute” and then silence for about 10 minutes. We pulled up to a stall instead and saw there was no one at the drive thru window. Pressed the button on the stall. After about 30 seconds the light stopped blinking. We pressed it again and the screen said “light has been activated we will be with you shortly.” About a minute later we heard the speaker on the stall next to us say “we are closed and not taking orders.” The car next us had been there since before we pulled up.
If you don’t want business after 10:30 then change your operating hours. Just based on the cars that were there, you lost out on at least a couple hundred dollars in sales. And we could clearly see there was PLENTY of staff available to handle the rush.

I usually have a good experience with Sonic. But this time, all we ordered was two drinks. We were following the screen props saying our server was on the way but didn't come. So we called and asked the status of our mobile order. So he said he would make it and be right out. So after waiting, another name came up saying he was on his way. They weren't the right drinks so this guy went back in for the right drinks. So after waiting yet again, another server headed out to us and was starting to give us a bag of food with drinks and we said that isn't our order. So he went back in. After spending about a half hour waiting for two drinks, we called and asked if we could just cancel the order. They couldn't even figure that out so we just drove away paying for drinks that we never received.

Ordered online but still waited 15 minutes for my food. They didn't give me the ranch dressing for my cheese sticks, no marinara either. Can't eat dry cheese sticks, so big waste of money for me.
Was told they were waiting for the cheese sticks, burger was luke warm, cheese sticks were hot, but with no ranch...
Not a happy customer.

Ordered online. Got a lemonade slush with strawberry and grilled cheese burger. Ordered sandwich without ketchup, mustard, etc. but added mayo and it was tasty :)

My order was very wrong and they didn't give me one of my drinks. I didn't notice until I got all the way home. Basically paid to throw it away. Very disappointing 😔
