YUCK 🤢🤮🤢 One of the most disgusting places of business I've ever been to. Upon walking in it smelled of GARBAGE!!! Thank goodness I was picking up an order for door dash NOT myself. Greasy unclean floors, fountain drink area had mess all over the counter, fingerprints all over windows and doors! So gross I really don't want to know what the restroom look like 🤢🤮 In addition to the lack of cleanliness in the business the employees were unfriendly and borderline rude. No one said hello; just "what are the last 3 of the order #?" Would NOT recommend at all. Very nasty gross!!! Idk how people want to eat food from this location... I certainly won't!

Absolute TRAIN WRECK of a "business" I have given this location several chances over the past year. It is ALWAYS a disaster. Employees who are clueless about efficiency; bad attitudes; inability to actually properly organize drive through or online orders; allowing customers to gang up on and threaten other customers; transients and drunks panhandling in the parking lot; drive through orders being processed literally ONE AT A TIME start to finish, so bank on it taking 5 minutes per car ahead of you before you can even think of picking up your food ... Need I say more?!?! Never again. I hope you fail pretty soon so other locations who actually have their act together will get the business that you don't deserve.

Ghis one never gets your order right. Employees to busy on there phones to wait on customers. This tome there was one car ahead of me we waited 5-10 minutes for the girl to take our money there was no cars where you pick up your food so that wasn't the problem. When I get up to the window she was on her phone and disinterested in her customers. It's no wonder that there is always a line and then they never get the food right there is missing food items wrong food/a regular meal when you order a plain sandwich. 95% of the time the food is wrong

Can we put negative stars??? If so, I will give -10!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is the understatement of the century!!!! I have a large family, so we have big orders. We ordered 2 items, she asked is that all.. I said no we had more.items... then after each item is that it.. with extremely rude tone of voice... After that it was the girl handing out the order.... She was also extremely rude. She started to shove items at me while.on a video call with a friend taking their order.. which sounds to me like she was just going to give to the person. While rolling her eyes, she said that they were waiting for the fries. We checked the order like normal. We were missing 2 big Macs and a 20pc nugget. I asked and gave her the receipt, she was rude yet again... Disappeared for like 3 min and tried to say she didn't see it on the receipt, but shoved a bag with the missing items at me. I asked for ranch and bbq, she rammed it in my hand while answer her phone AGAIN and walking out from behind the counter. I tried to go in to speak with management. The door was locked... I proceeded to call... 8TIMES!!!!!!? NO ANSWER!!! RIDICULOUS... ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE.
