The staff was great. The manager was very friendly and nice. Food came hot and fast. The cheese for the fries was almost too hot, I had to let it cool. The garlic burger was incredibly greasy, but absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered through door dash and after 20 minutes I went to pick up my order. I walked to the restaurant because I was closed I was in the front waiting and the workers saw me but they didn’t come open the door, so I went to the drive-through and I believe the manager started yelling and telling me all these things. She was not professional at all and after my interaction with her my appetite went away. Avoid this place, Burger King is right next to it have it your way

You have to order from a kiosk if you enter the restaurant. There is no interaction with a staff member. The kiosk allowed me to choose my sandwich. I went with the double steakburger with cheese because after all, it is Steak n Shake and they're noted for their steakburgers. The kiosk then prompted me to add anything else I wanted. So I chose a chocolate shake because once again, it's Steak n Shake and shake is in the title. Problem is the shake wouldn't add to my order. I had to go back to the main menu and order it as a separate item. Then the kiosk asked for a name to go with the order which would be called when the order was ready. As I was waiting I heard the staff calling out numbers for the orders. When no one came up to pick up order 119, I assumed it was mine and it was. My double steakburger with cheese was good and the shake was better than most fast food varieties. However, that kiosk ordering system needs some fine tuning because not only does it prevent you from completing your order in a simple, rapid fashion, it asks for a name when it uses a number. This is no reflection on the staff which were fine. This is some corporate person's idea of streamlining the process, appropriate language for reducing staff and payroll, which in their infinite wisdom was not well thought out. Corporate needs to fix this issue.

This place served me a burger with hair on it and then told me they don't do refunds. Nasty.

Horrible, missing items in our order. And you can't go in to get it corrected, and they won't answer the phone, so you have to spend another 20 minutes in the drive thru. By then the food they did give you is cold. No thanks. I want my money back.

Not sure what this new milk shake is supposed to be. I expected to get a hand dipped milk shake. All I hot was vanilla soft serve in a cup. I had to eat it with a spoon it was so thick. Not sure how this qualifies as a milk shake but I won't be back. Very very bland too

I know people only complain but lets change it up.. I went and dined in and it was nice and clean and the food was fire..whoever took it over GOOD JOB

The food was good. The problem is ordering with the app. I placed my order at 4:07 for a 5:00 pick-up. I didn't receive my food until 5:16. I watched 3 cars order at the drive thru and they received their food faster than my scheduled order. No more app for me.
