Jimmy Johns

4 stars for taste and 5 stars for customer service. 0 stars for price hence the google 2 star. My first jimmy johns was in Decatur about 10 years ago by Millikin university was great! Prices are terrible now... What happened. Great food just not worth the price... sorry and yes i am very saddened by it. good luck.

We like to order Jimmy John's because it's fresh and healthy. The delivery has always been fast and accurate. However, this time we got our delivery late and one of the sandwiches had a hair in it. I called the store and was immediately told that two sandwiches and a pickle would be sent for the inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was when the delivery driver came he questioned me at my door where the hair was and took one of the sandwiches away. I don't care about the food and I did not care about waiting for more. What I do care is being questioned at my door and not receiving what I was told I would recieve. I will not purchase food from this location anymore even though it's the most convenient and even thought they received my business for two years. What a disappointment! !

Orders are always fast and correct. Staff are super friendly. I came in about 10 mins just before closing and they were super nice about it and didn’t give me any any attitude or anything. -EDIT- The other day I went in to grab a sandwich and the staff were messing around while making it. Such as playing around with each other, talking excessively. Thus me giving the three stars.
