Subway

I eat a lot of Subway. I have it for lunch every day when I am at work and have done so for years. I have been to a large number of stores and I am very picky about subway standards. This store is consistently one of the best I have been to. They adhere very well to the subway standards, including just the right amount of ingredients in the subs, while being generous within reason when extra is requested. They are very good at promoting the new products and promotional activities. Sandwich Artist Yamuna specifically has shown exemplary conduct on all occasions I have been served by her. She is quick, friendly and skilled at her work. The only critism I could make is that they are sometimes understaffed considering how busy the store gets during the lunch rush. They have recently hired new people who are doing a great job, but I see how incredibly hard they are all working and I think that a higher staffing budget would be an asset to the store.

This place is still fundamentally a subway so the food is pretty good, but I've been on the receiving end of customer service slip ups I would class as unforgivable. I'm not sure the staff actually know anything about the food they are serving. In a store where you choose ingredients I would say it is pretty important for staff to be able to distinguish between jalapenos and pickles, or at least apologize if they cannot.
