Was looking for 'Gather' next door in the afternoon but then realised it was connected to The Jaffle Shack. So got my iced latte there. Vibe here is very cool. Service really great and the coffee machine is huge. Looks like they do a really good menu so will be coming back here and will update my review. Easy to find and free 1hr parking (with ticket) on the street. Good for a date.

Had post-vote breakfast with my family in the courtyard of Gather on Hay/ Jaffleshack. Staff were absolutely awesome and the food was fresh and the portions were BIG. I was happy to share the french toast with my little girl. 4 thumbs up. Tempted to say it rivals Gordon Street Garage for breakfast selection and atmosphere. The courtyard is so beautiful, I highly recommend it. Seems like a nice date spot nicely tucked away from the loud city places close by. I might see when they're open evenings to do just that.

Awesome big breakfast, make sure you have a big apetite to order this! Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon absolutely delicious. Great coffee, tea and orange juice I can highly recommend this restaurant.

We chose this Cafe for our lunch meeting that day, and it did not disappoint. The outdoor seating in the pavilion was perfect! We had the ambience just right as it wasn't too noisy. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I ordered the caesar salad and it was fresh and tasty. Just perfect for lunch, though I should have gone with their specialty, jaffles. Plenty of food to select from, and vegetarian option is available. I'll have to go back and try the jaffles. Oh... And check out the shop next door!

Had a lovely breakfast at The Jaffle Shack this morning after hunting around for somewhere for the other half to have waffles. They were out of waffles (thanks covid) so he had jaffle pancakes instead. The Berry compote on them was delicious and my bacon butty with tomato, spinach and aioli was so good I wish I had bought two! Will definitely be back.

Pretty tasty, I'd go there again. Its really nice inside. It can be busy so don't expect super speedy service. Sit down and take your time. Kind of expensive for the amount of food you get but I think it's still worth it as it's top quality.

Underwhelmed to say the least. Half hour lunch break, took 25 minutes to get our jaffles with hardly anyone there. It’s bread in a sandwich press. Not hard. The hotdog jaffles were basically just onion. 13 bucks each is such a rip off. Hated myself for going there.

Really good serving sizes. The place is small but I went for brunch on Thursday so had no issues getting a table. Enjoyed the food and they have few things on the menu that you don't see elsewhere. Staff where nice and friendly.
