The Coffee Club

I came here to quickly get a bite to eat before work, I ordered banana bread and an Iced tea. I understand that they are busy, but My banana bread came 20mins later, drenched in butter, you’d expect them to ask if I’d want butter on, but given the sign said dairy free I thought it would be okay. and my iced tea wasn’t even being made until I mentioned I was in a rush, I was disappointed as I paid $6 for this and it tasted like literal water, I was going to get a $2 bottle from woolies, but I thought I’d treat myself. I don’t want to sound rude but I was very disappointed with the service provided.

Wed 13th July Caucasian girl @ 410 pm rolled her eyes every time a customer came through the door. On service she was stuttering her words trying to get the order out so fast. I had no issue really about Amy of it thinking shut time must be 430. I asked the other lovely girl there Maori young what time close was she replied 5pm therefore the review of 2 stars. It appears the Caucasian girl would be the leader but was quite unprofessional and very dismissive in nature overall. Retraining of this particular employee required when it comes to customer service. It should be a 1 star review but the other young Maori girl was pleasant
