Staff not helpful at all. Everything seemed too hard. And the sour Apple & Lemon slushie was not in the slightest sour but sickenly sweet. 3 sips and it went into the bin.
Complete waste of money!

Beautiful location, Love Emily who works there. But disappointed in the icecreams. The banoffee was like eating a banana paddlepop, just plain banana flavour. The cookie dough was a weak chocolate ice-cream with cheap choc chips. Not a spec of dough to be seen. The licorice was tasteless.

To put it simply I'm obsessed. Wow Wow Wow and theres one main reason for that obsession. No not the delicious ice cream (Although that is a pretty big factor). The totally amazing service from a young girl called Emily. She went above and beyond for me and my child. The coffee, the ice cream, the service, the vibes all incredible. Should be proud to have an employee like Emily Bellisimo Gelato!

Always come here as they have quality products but the service is slipping , 5 staff stood there whilst we waited for them to continue conversation about parties and drinking , my partner then interrupted we got served in a rude manner ... at the end is that all I replied yes, girls said here pretty much threw cup walked off .. pretty poor customer service
