Icey Ice

we got this fried chicken (which was nice) and some desserts. service was really disappointing. i was either overcharged (even adjusting for the public holiday surcharge) or the menu pricing was wrong but i didn't dispute it. waited 15 mins for our drink to come out, then asked at the counter and they thought i wanted to order another one. i said i'd already ordered and paid, and waitstaff immediately gave me the drink which was sitting on the counter (which was correct order). despite dining in as one of three tables in the venue, with the order number visible on the table...

I used to come to Icey Ice (now iDessert) for special occassions when I was younger and was obsessed with the shredded ice cream. It's really different to other dessert restaurants in Perth. I went back for the first time in a long time, and the ice cream was decent. I think that it could be higher quality in my opinion, especially when it comes to the flavouring sauce. It's quite espensive, about $13 for a large. It wouldn't be a place I will come to often just because it's quite pricey and isn't that extraordinary of an experience for the price, but I like it. The place is quite big, and is a nice place to just come for dessert. I haven't had the savoury meals but I am willing to try.

To be honest, the tofu pudding is good, but don't try its bento, I ordered something like sweet and sour pork, it's very disgusting!!! The taste not sweet, it just sour and very salty. It makes me feel sick and want to vomit. Very disappointed at all. This is the worst restaurant I have ever tried in WA, I will never come again and, of course, will not recommend people come.......

Man first time I went and it was awesome, although a lady came over to us and spayed chemicals at our feet and moped around and under us as we were eating. It honestly didn't bother me but I don't know if they do that often as its not very healthy and or well polite.(only reason I put 3 stars) But the deserts were amazing will be back for those.

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Food had no flavour, spaghetti noodles used in laksa, ordered beef but I’m not sure what meat I received (tasted horrible). Bento made my sister cry from feeling ill. Waited 40 minutes for an incorrect order (which was given to the Chinese family next to us for free...) and received stone cold waffles. I felt sorry for the sweet woman that was serving us at the front counter, it’s not her fault for the poor quality food.

This place is DEPLORABLE. I thought I will give it a chance again today, but it was as bad as the last two times I was there. The staff don't seem to care one bit. Last time my order was completely wrong. I got a drink instead of snow ice. It took more than five minutes for her to place the order while tapping around her screen and then close to fifteen minutes to make it (even when there were only two other tables and they had already been served). Once the order was rectified, I was asked to pay the 60 cent difference. When the order arrived, it was clear she forgot to add the red bean and had instead scattered it around the sides of the snow ice. TODAY - a different girl took the order: Green tea ice with red beans and condensed milk. It arrived flattened. WHY? Because she made the snow ice, then realised she forgot to add the red bean to the bottom, so she slapped on all the red bean on TOP of the mountain of ice. The weight of the beans squashed down he ice. The entire dessert was less than 3 inches high. There was no mountain - just a field of squashed green tea snow ice with red bean. And it was topped with a zig-zag of condensed milk, like someone had ejaculated all over it. This meant the snow was squashed, stringgy and sludgy - much like regular ice cream that's been sitting in the freezer. OH! The tables were dirty. They don't seem to bother cleaning them. When we asked for napkins, she casually pointed in the direction of napkins. This was a favourite of mine and after the bad experiences last three times, I will not go back again. Slack service and too many inconsistencies. USELESS!
