If you had to put 0 on the 1 - 5 scale of eating experiences, this KFC is it. Stale chips that tastes like they've been sitting over night and just as cold to back it up, burger was poorly thrown together and wrapped up without an ounce of care, the pigeons in the restaurant are a fine piece of entertainment for the long waits, and the drinks are watered down syrup that are flat when it gets to you. The tables, counters and floors are disgusting. The staff have a dint care attitude, the manager would rather call from.out the back to deal with an issue than actually come to the front to deal with a customer. I completely understand this is a place in Northbridge where people often come when they're drunk for a feed, but it would be nice not needing to be absolutely hammered to enjoy eating here. Save your money, go literally anywhere else in WA rather than here.

I'd say it's the worst KFC in WA for producing fried chicken. Time and time again it's just terrible compared to other KFC outlets. Chicken is never crispy, it's dry, tastes and looks overcooked, and worst of all the hot and spicy has absolutely zero seasoning. Been like this for nearly a year now. How hard is it to raise the standards around here?

After a huge disappointment in Dogswamp, after a bad experience in Maylands, this KFC in cbd was a last hope but now it's official: there is NO KFC IN PERTH. The manager there seems to be the only person who working and trying to make others to work but their careless behaviors are stronger. They giving take-away bags even for dine-in because they don't have trays, they giving no napkins because they don't have them but can offer you an alcohol swabs but only if you ask. I'm not even talking about the fact that I've got potato gravy instead of potato chips because of mishearing of the teller and no cutlery to eat it. But simply look at this poor chicken and compare it to what it used to be and how it looks in commercial and on the menu:

8.15 pm, Friday night. 01.04.2022. I went un for a feed. The serving staff were more interested in social media on their phones than putting effort in to actually doing their jobs in a polite and timely manner. Not one table in the place was clean and the manager decided it would be best that I took it up with hungry jacks. Top work KFC

Service was non existent. She walked away after shoving a bag of 'food' towards me, before I could say thanks. Gravy was insipid, runny & lacked any flavour. The Zinger burger I got was not what I ordered. It lacked any 'zing', wasn't crunchy, in fact it was soggy from the copius amount of mayonnaise slathered over it. The whole lot went in the bin. Waste of $13 & my lunch break 😡 Colonal Sanders would turn in his grave if he knew what they were trying to pass off as food in his name...

Ordered online through their app. Estimated delivery at 12:05pm. It is now 1pm. I am still waiting for my meal. Called up the store and asked about my delivery. Was told that no one has came to pick up yet. Tried contacting the delivery guy and was told by the company that the number i am trying to dial is not in use. Well maybe sort out your worker better or use a better system of delivery instead of scamming money and eating fried chicken in the kitchen? Bloody joke of a business model, especially a company this big.
