Fusion On Swan

Upon arriving it was clear the premises have been left to age and not age gracefully either. It was dusty and old and is in need of some TLC. When we sat down we where greeted by a lovely lady who took our order. It was presented nicely but didn’t taste as nice as it looked. The cooked breakfast was quite cold. The sausage was not as we expected and the eggs were almost soggy not to mention scrambled when we asked for poached. The coffee was watery and again, cold. When we went to pay the chef came out of the kitchen to ring it up on the till. He was absolutely covered in food and his hair was awful, oily and he didn’t smell very nice. He was a nasty looking man and very aggressive. I would never go back again!!!

Worst customer service in (City)! I haven't seen as rude owner as this. Because of some kid's issue, we were 15 min late but we gave courtesy call to update. Instead of 9.30 we reached 9.45. They repeatedly blamed us that you got late, we will take order late too. Finally they took order 10.45, an hour late. No apologies anywhere. First served pancake to kid with a long white hair. No sorry about it. Messed with our orders as well. Oh my God. Best place to ruin your day. I would leave zero stars if I could. Come here if you want attitude. Sleepy service, poor food quality. worst service I have ever experienced. Go ANYWHERE else. Awful. Service from start to finish was not good. At the time of billing when we told owner about disappointment, he very rudely said" you arguing now because you already had your food" . For his kind information, it wasn't free food. Please talk respectfully to customers. Anyone with more than a one star review was paid for sure or Miracle.

Staff were indifferent and and unfriendly. Had they been interested in how we enjoyed our meal I would have let them know that aside from the small portions, the worst hollandaise sauce I had ever had was straight out of the fridge with the salmon which made the bread soggy and the eggs also cold on the eggs benedict. Stop for a coffee and enjoy the setting but go somewhere else for service and food.
