Was refused service a couple of months ago because the young pup behind the bar demanded that I look him in the eye when he was telling me off for reaching over the bar to retrieve the volume button of my phone that had fallen off. The young bar manageress backed her staff , said that I had attitude and also refused me service. The bar was empty and I had just gone in for a quiet drink

Absolutely disgusting treatment last night. We were sat at the bar having a drink when the doormen approached us and told us to get off the bar stools because they wanted them for somebody else. When we refused we were thrown out. This is appalling. We were paying Customers too and were not bothering anybody.

Not allowed in (family with 2 kids 8 & 2) because apparently I was spotted talking to some Reclaim Australia people outside and therefore I was part of them. Actually we had been shopping and thought we would go for a bite and drink and had nothing to do with the protests. Rude obnoxious manager. Didn't see any trouble so didn't know what was going on.

I came to this site to let the pub know what I had witnessed last Sunday afternoon. As previously described, a friendly bunch of guys from a rally were refused refreshments in a public house because the were patriotic and proudly wore an Australian flag T shirts plus other Australian paraphernalia. Being from overseas I was very impressed with the Australians love of there country. I witnessed everything I have read regarding Australians. They have a passionate love for their country and its peoples. What I saw that day was blatant discrimination and illegal use of Political Corectness, Plus the bar staffs complete disrespect towards their duty of care. If any that wish to take legal proceeding with this establishment then contact me for my affidavit. Disgusting behaviour to say the least that need legal action.

Staff were quite rude . No i had not one drink. I had an aussie tshirt and they were treating me like i had done something wrong. Whether they were having a bad day or hate australia either way you are in customer service. Dont be so rude. If i could deduct stars i would We left and went to the brass monkey. What a fantastic pub
