Staff were nice and super helpful with recommending flavours as I was quite undecisive with what bubble tea I wanted. They have benches on the side where you can sit and wait for your order, or can also enjoy your drink too. Drinks are a bit more expensive than the usual bubble tea spots, but they have some pretty unique flavours available to try.

The green milk tea with the golden pearls were something that differentiated them from other franchises. Very tasty and actually slightly cheaper than Presotea. However the serving of pearls was quite stingy, the other drinks were not as good as other bubble tea franchises. To make the visit worth it, order the green milk tea with pearls, definitely the best original milk tea in Perth.

Not very good customer service as the staff cannot understand what the customer wants. I clearly pointed to the poster indicating the MANGO drink but got this one instead. the staff couldn't even handle money as they struggled to give back my change. Also not recommend this Yakult passionfruit tea as you can taste nothing but sour water. The pearls are really tough and hard to chew as well.
