Clover Cafe & Restaurant

Went to this restaurant and as it was new owners I thought I would test the water. I went in and asked if I could use the toilet and was told I had to buy something first. Customers only the lady said. I said I really need to go to toilet she said no customers only. I stated that what if I was a lady that was having trouble maybe bleeding perfusly and she said you have to be a customer to use the toilet. I decided not to eat the as already the disgrace of the way I was treated was disgusting. In this day and age we have very little customer experience that is of quality its about money and only money. If eating there is the only way to get a smile or being treated with respect regardless I am a customer or not is unacceptable. I've been going to this cafe since it opened many years ago and since the cafe has changed owners it has changed considerably. Church goes that used to eat there agree that it's hard to get a smile its eat and get out.

Edit: have reduced rating on 4th visit as no loyalty card for tea drinkers, only coffee drinkers. I walk past this Cafe in my way to work and finally got to call in. Ordered tea & scrambled egg on toast, and was served within 10 mins. Really good prices and tasty food. Will definitely become a regular here
