Chicken Treat

A great Western Australian fast food restaurant with great deals for lunch specials. Always friendly service from good staff. Plenty of parking available as well as disabled bays. Food Always seems cooked well as well as professionally served. Can't complain about this place it seems as good as you will get for BBQ and fimried chicken.

I ordered and paid for 3 cheeseburgers. A fairly simple order given these things are microwaved. I found it rather odd when the next 10 customers received their orders. The young lady that served me finally asked what my order was, I repeated it to her. I overheard her ask the back staff about it and they state she had bumped the order. The staff and herself continue to go about serving their other customers and I wait a few minutes with no apology or anything else said from this young lady or her manager. I finally ask for a refund and have my card ready, the young lady gets her manager and they give me a cash refund and the only apology is a weak one from the manager when the manager hands me the cash. Honestly having worked in fast food myself I can understand errors and mistakes during busy times but this service is absolutely disgusting. I would recommend that you avoid this store if you seek professional and efficient service or swift apologies dealings with the staff mistakes. Waiting for so long with no apologies is what truly disgusted me the most.

Excellent service. Top points to our server, who was cheerful and smiling, despite the person beforeService was reasonably quick. The servings of chips are generous with a nice big family box. The chicken pieces are really crispy and the spicy hot wings are delicious us being a bit "exciting" a chip and burger is fantastic

This chicken treat is almost always slow. While the occasional few minutes wait is fine, today with only 1 person in the shop and 2 people in drive through it was a 17 minute wait, upon reaching the window the cashier did not apologise for the delay and was blunt. As for the food, oily chips (clearly rushed) and nuggets that were raw in the middle. Management would do well to assess the running of this shop, its staff and training.
