Mochachos

Very poor service , they refused to give plates with our order even when it was mentioned, that the order was dine-in. List of other issues 1. Front till manned by one staff, who kept ignoring to take the order. This girl wasn't in an uniform making me question if she really was a staff member. 2. Had to go back twice and request the manager to give us plates . Her response was if she gives us plates, everyone else would start asking and that the restaurant is a take away. 3. Refused to acknowledge the mistake on their part as our order was dine-in. Dropped some more plates in front of me and went to serve the next people in line . Ignoring as if nothing happened. 4. I checked out Mochachos webpage , being an international brand I find it very surprising the franchise owner would hire untrained , rude staff. 5. An item was left out from the order inspite of having paid for it. Would never place orders at this franchise ever again. Reading the other similar experiences it would be most appropriate if the brand or Carousel shopping centre takes action. If you are looking to get a good shabby service and have your order stuffed up, try these clowns out.
