Chicken Treat Southern River

Chicken Treat Southern River used to be one of the best. Now it's the worst. Very disappointed when only a little over 12 months ago, they delivered hot, fresh, tasty meals. Tonight, the Baconary burger ended up in the bin, inedible and unpalatable, the sauce tasted like vomit. The wrap was unevenly heated and tasted like regurgitated/reconstituted leftovers. The half chicken was tasteless and dry. Nowhere near as tender and juicy as before. Where did the freshness go? Another one to remove from the treat list. Won't be going back again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place literally poisoned me. I ate their fried chicken & was in hospital for 4 days with salmonella poisoning due to undercooked fried chicken. Due to a poor company policy that let's them cook their chicken pieces for the same amount of time no matter how big they are. Wouldn't feed food from this particular chain to my worst enemy. 🤮

Disgusting by male staff here to elderly lady in front of me, he refuse to answer questions about meal, walked away as customer tried to order, I had to help her, then when I tried to order he said he can't do that and walked away, then I asked why it is a normal order he said he can't do that...he needs to loose his job,,I will never go there again. Shame on chicken treat..

Really nice staff with great service. Ordered fried chicken with spicy sauce and coleslaw. We did wait as they made a fresh batch of chicken for us. The chicken was fantastic and even got an extra leg piece. One of the best coleslaw we have had. CT is on top of our list for chicken nights now. Keep up the good work team!
