Finally, found a Caribbean restaurant with beautifully seasoned food and not packed with scotch bonnet! The host was absolutely lovely, we had the seafood starter which was bursting with flavour and i had the lamb chops whilst my husband had the jerk chicken. The portions were great. Will definitely go back. We also had a few cocktails which were very nice.

Sensational restaurant! They have a separate vegan menu which we ordered from. The food was unique and incredible. The ackee and callaloo was especially delicious. Cocktails are also excellent! Very friendly service too.

Insanely good food, it was quiet and we were the only ones there upon arrival and for most of our visit which is sad only because it deserves to be packed every night!
We had the jerk sharing platter which I would highly recommend and was the perfect amount of food for two people! Drinks also great at 2 cocktails for £12. Super flavourful, super yum.
(The music also 100% made the vibe)

First time at Embe and will definitely visit again, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was fresh cooked. Superb. They also catered very well for a dairy allergy. I wish I had discovered this place sooner, will definitely visit again.

My wife and I managed get a Friday night table for two and absolutely loved it.
The menu is by no means Fine Dining, but whatever you order is cooked with bags of flavour and tastes amazing! The Carribbean stocked Beer fridge is also perfect with the food. 🍻
Shout out to the great owner and staff aswell. Took time to chat.
Attentive, but not over bearing. Amazing people.
Won't be long before we're back again.

Was staying in Peterborough for the night and was recommended this place by a work colleague. I had the Mango Chicken and Dirty fries with Chorizo, both meals were very nice and i would definitely come back next time i am in the area. The server was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Lovely place, great food, good music and lovely people. The place should be packed as the colourful place has a great vibe
The food is delicious and not pricey.
It also feels good for single travelers. If I would live here I would come regularly
