Harvester Pavilions

Good main meal, but the salad station was terrible. Most dishes were empty & what was there was not looking very fresh. Just because the salad is free with a main meal shouldn't mean it it shouldn't be good. We asked if the empty dishes could be re-filled , but they never were while we were there. Other than that we enjoyed our main meals & the staff were friendly.

Decided to pop in for some dinner before heading home and sat down with a lovely welcome by Casey. Only problem is, she was being given a rough time by another member of staff at the bar right in front of us. Personally, she did an amazing job and didn’t deserve being yelled at all. Very disappointing..! Felt very looked after and fed well. Would like to be served by her again👍

I visited yesterday with my mum, our server jade was brilliant from start to finish, she was attentive, friendly and made time to go thought the menu with us to make sure everything was understood. Since covid I have felt that harvester along with other chain restaurants have lacked in all areas. However jade really changed our minds yesterday, we want to thank her for making our joyful experience and will definitely be back because of her! Slightly disappointed with the food quality, price and long waits. Deserts was lovely tho! We will be back soon, thank you again Jade! We will be asking for you at our next visit.

Food was alright, steak was more medium then medium rare that my partner asked for and a bit dry. I had the chicken skewers and the meat was and sauce was good but the pitta bread was rock hard and dry and not very edible. The desert was really good probably the best part, my partner had the cookie chaos sundae and I had the lemon blizzard sundae and both was great and not too much and not to small. There was no cutlery on our table, but staff was great, Casey was really nice and looked after us.
