Great coffee shop. Staff friendly and helpful. All on one level. Access from shopping centre and outside too. Coffee good. Great cold drinks too. Cakes good - my favourites are the cheese cake and the loaded flapjack! But there is lots of choice for every taste. Sandwiches,etc are available for a quick lunch.

Great place to go for a coffee in town. Tables were kept beautifully clean by the staff who were quick to clear up. Makes all the difference!

Always go to Costa. The ambience and staff. And you are able to stay longer than most other outlets. My favourite outlets are in my home town of Ipswich. The Carr Street Branch and The Buttermarket Branch.

Always a pleasure coming here, the staff are polite, friendly and helpful, and the food and drink is consistently good. I am a wheelchair user, sometimes needing a little help to reach or carry things and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff, making my visits always a delight!

Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the NHS in Hinchingbrooke Hospital with an Americano. The staff here are charming and kind, a tribute to the folk who are their customers. The place is bright, colourful, spotless and a real haven. Escape here.

Popped in for takeaway coffee. Annoying that such a big chain charges extra for non-dairy milk. Come on Costa, sort yourselves out!
