Great coffee. Staff very pleasant, one of them was bit quiet and not smiley but the other made up for it. Great to sit upstairs, chilled to catch up with a friend 😄.

We love coming here, the upstairs is a great place to chill out and watch the world go by. The staff are ever so helpful. Free cake for your birthday if you are registered on the app.

Café Nero is my favourite place for coffee and breakfast in Britain. The coffee is much better than that of other café chains (Starbuck's, Costa), and I also often eat some of their sandwiches or paninis for breakfast. It ain't cheap, but the quality is good. The size of different branches varies quite a bit, the one in Peterborough next to Cathedral Square is relatively small, but offers a few tables on the outside, too. Staff are generally very friendly and competent. Went there almost every morning during my trip to the city.

I always love visiting Cafe Nero ,best coffee around ,value for money and relaxed atmosphere. However !! I was surprised and shocked at the dirty toilets,not nice. I'm guessing they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. It really let them down this visit ,shame..

Great Coffee.
I rarely visit Starbucks now. Nero has continually gave me better deals and their loyalty scheme is so much more simple.
Get a stamp for a coffee or two if you use a reusable cup. They don't charge extra for soy milk either.

Nice & cosy, & really good food & drinks. We had a hot chocolate with cream, & a speciality pistachio latte, both were delicious. Also had a ham & cheese toastie, & a slice of chocolate cheesecake which were really tasty! The staff working there are friendly & helpful (we had questions about allergens/calories in the food) & service was quick. Highly recommend!
