I went for my dad, who is an inveterate lover of the national dish, and who has become dissatisfied with his regular chippie. He thought the pricing, £6.50 for a regular cod + £4 for chips was a touch steep, but found the batter crisp and not soggy, the flesh succulent, and the chips also crisp. Will go again

Fish alone was crispy tasty and well worth the money. Chips nice fluffy chip shop chips.. not undercooked.
Everything I ordered was next to perfect.
Owner was a respectful, kind man with great pride in his shop.
The shop alone you could tell it has been looked after with great investment.
Very clear 5* hygiene standards.
Best chippy in Peterborough in my opinion.
Fully recommend.

Last time i ordered from this place food was fresh piping hot i do like my chips so do prefer a nice portion plenty of vinegar and salt on the fish and chips cant complain

Thanks to Harry for amazing service, we’re not local but chose it because it was near to where we are visiting. Gave a massive order and all cooked fresh in good time, even gave us a couple of drinks while we were waiting.
Food was delicious too.
