Homme Nouveau Restaurant

We have been huge fans of Chris's food from the first time we ate their, we have always had an incredible meal and the service as always been second to none as the whole team are amazing. We love the food and the atmosphere so much that we asked Chris if we could host our wedding at the restaurant and we couldnt have been happier with the outcome. They couldnt have done enough for us and everything turned out just perfectly and every guest couldnt say enough kind words about the food, venue and the team. This is a fantantisc place for food and drink and is a hidden gem more people should know about.

Lovely tasty meal, excellent waitress service, and decent value at 2 courses for £12 p.p. White tablecloths and napkins add class. Toilet facilities were first class. This restaurant is well worth a visit. Oh, and the coffee and cake deal for £5 was really good value too. Pleased to report that they were able to offer a choice of soya or oat milk, as I am dairy intolerant.

We've eaten breakfast a few times here now and can't fault it so thought we would try dinner. It was a Friday night and so the a la carte menu. I had Korean style pork belly and my partner had duck with an orange jus. Both meals were lovely. The pork belly especially was melt in the mouth. Desserts were also great. The raspberry and white chocolate bread and butter pudding was heavenly! Will.be back.

My husband, myself and two friends celebrated his birthday last Friday evening. The food was fantastic. A very varied menu with flavours that married very well together. My husband commented that it was the best food he had eaten in Whittlesey for a long time. We will certainly make this a regular treat. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Had our 10yr anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a better place. We both agreed it was the best food we have ever had. Every dish was so lovingly prepared and the combination of flavours complimented each other so perfectly. The staff were also excellent. It was a great experience, something which is very hard to come by now. I recommend you give it a try. The food is incredible

Absolutely top food, great atmosphere and attentive staff= fantastic dining experience! Chris, at long last a great classy dining experience on our doorstep. In terms of food quality it was totally on par with the Bridge Hotel at Huntingdon. Nice choice of wines. Could you add local bitter and get rid of the John Smiths? Left full and happy. Price right in terms of the quality of your dishes. The decor was really well thought out. We will be back very soon.

Had a three course meal and I can safely say it one of the best meals for the price I've had for a long while. Duck liver pate, lamb roast and the chocolate brownie with ice cream, if I had to pick fault then it would be the chocolate ice cream with the chocolate brownie was too much maybe vanilla would of been a better match.... that's all I have to pick as a bad point! Good points?... the whole of the meal was bloody gorgeous and the price is right
