The Dragonfly

My wife & I called in for a drink while on a walk along Foxcovert Road on the afternoon of Sunday, January 8, 2023. Our first time in the pub, the Dragon looked clean and well-kept from the outside. The cleanliness and was mirrored indoors - and it had a nice clean smell. We were greeted from behind the bar by a friendly lady. Service was prompt and polite - and there was a good selection of ales. We also sampled a delicious pork bap - highly recommended! We will call in at the Dragon in future.

Friendly warm family environment, great child safe area, fantastic bubbly, enchanting landlady who knows each visitor by name, she and her staff makes you feel like you're part of the family. My first visit made me feel like I wanted to stay longer than I could as staff and customers intermingled as though you had known them for years. A good honest example of the best, homely time I've spent out with my children and grandchildren, where we all loved to be together and had the most amazing time. We will be back before you know it! Go have fun like we did and I'm sure you will enjoy too.
