In Riva

I sat outside with my dog and cousin. The atmosphere was very welcoming and dog friendly. They gave my dos treats and water. The server was really nice and attentive. The food was really food. I ordered the whipped ricotta, meatballs, and a pizza. Everything was delicious! I can’t wait to come back!

We visited In Riva right after its reopening. We got so excited! The food and service are great as usual. It is my favorite Italian restaurant in Philly! [November 2023 Update] Since our last visit, there has been an increase in prices accompanying the menu changes. However, the quality remains exceptional, even with alterations in the sauce’s recipe. It would be preferable if the pasta portions were slightly larger, and the volume of the punk music could be reduced, as it was somewhat overpowering. Aside from these minor suggestions, everything else continues to be absolutely perfect.

Everything is great except for the💲price and 🚗Parking. The pizza is a thin crust. The adult drinks are unique. In Riva is KID and DOG friendly. As you may find both dining outside with you. For Kids, there are boosters, high chairs, and smaller 6 inch pizza which can be customized. The parking is difficult because there is only 1 way in and out, and tight once you are in. The final check may be sticker shock if you don’t eat in the city much. But don’t let that stop a good time out together. Explore more, be more, do more together! ⭐️🍪

Great pizza and service! I came here after a long bike ride to get lunch. The pizza pies are a bit pricey but really tasty so definitely worth it! I got the sausage and peppers pizza and every bite was bursting with flavor. The crust was thin and soft so the pizza slices were a bit difficult to pick up by hand but I didn't mind this since the pizza was still good. The service was was also great - special shoutout to Sabrina for being really sweet and attentive, especially with a being so hot the day I went! Sitting outside was a nice touch too because the umbrellas provide great protection from the sun. Overall, I will definitely keep this place in mind when I'm biking on the trail.
