The service was excellent and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a great Philly experience ! Our server was perfect and John , the operations manager was awesome. He treated us like family and made sure that our experience was excellent !!! May the Lord bless you and your new family!! In Jesus name. You’re going to do great things in Philly !! The young woman that took care of my sister at the gift shop went above and beyond to make the visit a complete success !!! You all Rock for sure !!!!

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a Joshua. He had the most pleasant attitude. He took us to our table where we met our server Wesley. Wesley was amazing. Very attentive, made food and drink recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of. There was live trivia on this particular night, which we LOVED. Everything was great from the staff to the food. I would HIGHLY recommend this Hard Rock location.

When you walk in the place is well lit, the tables was a bit close but comfortable. The waitress was friendly and the good music. This Friday we was shocked to have live music and the guitar was playing the jams which added to the atmosphere mood. The appetizers came out just in time so we can eat and enjoy the live music. I wished I can more places with live music again.

Went in there & got liquored up & had a nice time just by myself. Tried to make the tip right by myself like I couldn't read the receipt told me the right amount & I flailed to give enough though I meant to give a couple extra dollars than the recommendation because I have never ever anywhere received service like center city Philly. My waitress Abby was pretty f'un perfect & polite without being a weirdo (everyone was). They deserve it. The normal excuse I get is "nobody's perfect" well albeit I asked for no peppers which meant red peppers that came as a vegetable with my food & there was pepper seasoning on it & that was no big deal & it took a nice "relax" minute to get my food no big deal & it was really expensive to eat there no big deal I don't go there every time my snap card runs out ykwin it is an experience &she forgot my shot & took away vmy ice but she brought it back. I mean there were nit picky things that did happen & there always is. ALWAYS people will complain about everything that's not even wrong. My point is they handled their behavior & took accountability so very well. SO VERY WELL. These things will happen every where & they handled it so very well & I cannot say enough about how much that means. I got smiles, & politeness from each & everyone who worked & passed by me. I'm so grateful & I felt just truly awful about not tipping extra hahaha. I do hope better things come to miss Abby. Tysm. Everyone was so beautiful & professional.

I've been to the Hard Rock 2x in the last 5 weeks. The food was delicious. The servers were excellent, very attentive. They show videos on alot of the tvs and I sang along to my hearts content. The raspberry ice tea is the best!! I ordered the Twisted Mac And Cheese on the 1st visit and the Cedar Salmon on the 2nd, both delicious.
