After not eating all day, my husband and I went here to get something in our systems. We had just recently delivered our baby at 23 weeks and he is fighting for his life in the NICU at Pennsylvania Hospital. Your employee working the line had noticed that I was having a really hard time and he came over to our table to ask if we were okay and we shared our traumatic news with him. He also gave me a brownie to make my day better. It's people like these that keep your buisness going. He was kind, considerate and he should be recognized. Thank you for being so kind in such a trying time in our lives and giving us a safe environment to eat at. I will always remember the kindness and act of selflessness he showed. Thank you! Please give him a raise, he's an amazing human.

Just what we needed for second dinner after a long night of pub-crawling in Philly. Nothing fancy about this place, but this simple chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing! The breaded chicken cutlet was fried fresh and served on a soft roll with lettuce and tomato. Everyone in our group agreed that these chicken sandwiches were the best we've ever had. Well-done H&C!

10/10 experience every time!!!! And they’re open on the late night after partying across the city 🤣 the staff always have high energy and make you feel welcomed and happy while preparing your food. I like that I can clearly see the whole area where they prepare the food because it looked so clean. The music was good. The atmosphere was good. 3am and tables and bathrooms were clean. Oh and the food is amazing, the chicken tastes like it was raised in a 2 parent household and volunteered as tribute to serve this wonderful establishment 😂 Please never close!!! You are a pillar in the center city night life communities 🫶🏼🤣
