Dropped in for late night food/drinks after a convention - even with a football game on and plenty of tables, Carlie seated our group & got us drinks right away. She was friendly and kept track of who ordered what so no issues splitting bills. Great Pad Thai and the duck bao/buns were great! Would recommend!

We love it here. Alex was a phenomenal server. Always attentive, fabulous service. We would go back exclusively for him. One of the best happy hours in the city. Highly recommend this place.

I can't believe I've never reviewed Bar-Ly! I've been coming here for years.
Bar-Ly is practically the only sports bar in Chinatown. Yes, there's at least one other venue with TVs - Tango - but Bar-Ly has the most TVs, and the biggest displays.
Friendly bartenders, large beer selection, and plenty of seating. They also stock a selection of liquor in case you're feeling like shots or cocktails.
Hungry? They've got a selection of Asian dishes that should go with whatever you're drinking.

Awesome place to get some excellent grub! Eclectic mix of Asian/Latin/American/etc. Big portions and all very delicious. Our server (I wish I had gotten his name) was super friendly and very good, even though the place was at maximum capacity for the Eagles/Cowboys game. Just a fun, fun, fun place to catch a game and good food with friends and family. Highly recommend. Very close to Reading Terminal Market as well. Food was so good we dug right in and forgot to take photos....

Bar-Ly is a great bar with a revolving variety of drafts available! Top notch service and delicious bites. Definitely give their Shrimp Golden Pouches a try!!! Pizza, wings, and Vietnamese fares.
Best of all, its a sports bar with tvs in every direction so you won't miss the action. You'll run into die-hard fans looking to enjoy delicious food. Get your reservations in asap, as it fills days in advance of any big event.
You won't be disappointed!

Before Covid hit me and my coworkers used to go here a lot , so after everything opened up we started back slowly and gotten the same treatment as well as the great atmosphere and met new friends there and the owner is AWSOME very nice family, I haven’t been to this place in about a year and went the other day , not only did he remember me, he said you missed our anniversary and gave me as my friends around of shots , AWSOME place, peaceful and great atmosphere

We went late around midnight, and there were plenty of tables. The servers were super nice and friendly. Four of us got the lychee juice and were pleasantly surprised by how refreshing and not too sweet it was. We got a round of “tic tacs” from their *secret* menu: red bull orange juice and citrus vodka tastes like orange tic tacs and fun to drop the shot into the glass. Good upbeat music and there’s an electronic jukebox to queue your own songs.

The best Happy Hours spot to go to in Philadelphia! The foods, drinks, prices and customer service is the best! They have so many selections of drinks and foods for Happy Hours menu. Most places don't even have much items like they do! I been going here for years and I love it!
