Really great food. The service isn't the fastest but to be fair it's a small family business and they are always busy (because the food is delicious). Have some patience and give them some grace, it's worth it for this rich broth.

We were craving pho on a chilly afternoon and this spot did not disappoint. Very friendly service and the pho was on point!! Good prices and just an overall great experience, got our party of 8 seated quickly!

A cold day in Philly made this stop even more perfect. We stopped in for pho and it was just what we needed. A nice family running the place and it was very good. Thank you!

Nice place. Service was ok. Had to wave down waiter for more water and tea. Had the summer rolls. Lacking a bit. No mint or cilantro. Peanut dip was a littler watery and different than I have had before. Just not my style. Vermicelli bowl was good. Had shrimp, pork, and spring rolls. I did really enjoy that and the fish sauce was ok. Overall good, but I'm not going to go out of my way to go back.

Stopped in for some take out during my lunch break. I had a craving for vermicelli noodles. Ordered “51” with the shrimp. I was offered water while I waited. The place is very clean. The service is pleasant, friendly, and quick. My food was scrumptious and exactly what I wanted for the day. I will be back for sure!

As authentic as it gets. I got pork chop and egg roll over vermicelli noodles. My mom is from Vietnam and a great cook and this food was 100% on spot. Pork has great lemongrass flavor. Egg rolls are crispy. The nuoc mam (fish sauce) was perfect. Friendly service. Also got iced vietnamese coffee which was nice and sweet as it should be.

I came here about a month ago for dinner and absolutely loved it. The pho is delicious and Pho Cali has a really lovely atmosphere. Food was served quickly, staff were friendly and overall I had a very pleasant experience. Definitely will be returning !
