I came across Trolley Car, maybe two years ago while searching for cafes with free WiFi in the area, and I’ve been a customer since.
The customer service has always been excellent. The servers know me by name and treat me like family. They truly do appreciate my business and appreciate my visits. When I’m away for a while, they check in on my next visit to make sure all is well with me and I do the same to the workers there.
As far as the food goes, it’s bomb. Even a basic egg and cheese sandwich is good. The coffee is always delicious and I love how many vegan options they have! Major plus.... I feel like the price is worth it because of the service you’re getting and the environment is nice. I miss being able to hang out there! Can’t wait for things to get back to normal.

We randomly came across the Trolley Car Cafe. We ordered the cinnamon raisin French toast and the cinnamon bun breakfast sandwich with bacon, scrambled eggs, and homefries. The orange juice was also made fresh. The service was quick and the host was really nice. We will definitely return! Hopefully we will be able to dine in next time.

Had a meeting here and perused the menu when the catfish & waffles caught my eye. After eating it, it has now captured my heart.

Great food, reasonable prices. Cute and comfy little place, with very friendly staff. Very honest about the menu which made me very happy and helped steer me to something I enjoyed.

Quick, friendly service. I had an everything bagel, with eggs and so much bacon it was falling off the sandwich (yum!). Our waitress was nice and the order came out quickly. Love the inside of the cafe and can't wait to go back!

Delish food! Went for breakfast and enjoyed well prepared dishes...finally found Chicken and Waffles. Their waffles are large and fluffy. A number of breakfast bowls

Awesome people working here. Super friendly. And a very cool atmosphere. I want to love the food here all of the time but there are times when it is not up to par. 5 stars for the people. 3 stars for the food. 4 stars total. And this restaurant has outdoor seating in the warm months. Such a great place for lunch or brunch, especially when the kitchen is on their game, which is usually, but not always. We used to go a lot, but scaled back after a few meals that were off. And 2 times recently, it took forever to get coffee refills.

There were so many good options on the menu. I decided to go with the the Cinn-a-Bun sandwich and it did not disappoint.
I’ll definitely need to go back and try more of the menu. The Breakfast Gumbo at a near by table looked pretty good.

Service is super friendly and the food is delicious. Prices are great, they have indoor and outside seating. Dogs are definitely welcomed, they have doggie bowls for water. The restaurant is also by a beautiful trail, so after eating some great food you can take a walk along the water. I would suggest to get their early if going for brunch, it gets busy around that time.
