I am an great pizza lover and i love Jake's cheese pizza that pizza was bomb . they always take care of customer's desires of taste . The staff were really cool and very friendly . I recommend this place to all pizza lovers.

I had two slices of tomato pie today and it was outrageously good. This is not my first time going to Jake's. This shop has the best tomato pie in the city.

Best cheeseteak downtown and really it stands up to most anywhere. Benefits from not being too authentic (no cheez-wiz, only American or Provolone. I recommend Provolone) and not trying to be too fancy. Just very good fundamentals in the fresh bread, the steak, etc. and a solid array of the classic options, such as peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc. I go for the one with pepper, onion, and Provolone and to me it's better than the more famous ones in south Philly. Never tried the pizza.

If you are walking g along North broad street for sight seeing, it will be a nice place sit and enjoy Cozy atmosphere and Wonderful Pizza! My two sons are pizza lovers and described the pizza at Jake's as "The Best Pizza in Philly". They also have great Philly Cheese Stake. Also, Very reasonable price.

The pizza here was pretty good (traditional plain slice). Staff was good and handled a pretty large lunch crowd. Prices were pretty good as well.

Pretty good pizza, this place has been around for a while. Pleasant atmosphere with a cosmopolitan locale, a good place to grab lunch before or after going to an event at the convention center.

I have been to Jake's 2 times. The service was great. The food was very good. The plus is it is next door to my allergist. Going back next week.

Pleasantly surprised by the serving size in proportion to the price. I got a slice of the meat lover's pizza with sausage, bacon, pepperoni etc. and it was a decent size and very filling for less than $5. I'm glad one of my friends led me to this place!
