It took a wee bit of time to get our meal we almost thought they forgot about us but everything we ate was excellent ,staff is kind and happy, scallion pancakes the best in the city

The first time I visited this restaurant was 2002. Until now, Jade Harbor is still my number one to visit every time I went to Chinatown

We came here for a family special occasion and we were very pleased with the service we received. All the dishes were good (just a little smaller portion sized). This place was our family’s normally go to place from before but we just haven’t been back cuz parking in Chinatown can get a little crazy on the weekend. Will definitely return for the next dinner.

Two chefs are owners/brothers provide excellent meals! A good restaurant we patronize often. Say the least, just a veteran short male waiter on the first floor probably need to learn about the proper manners/ common courtesy of treating customers! God bless.

This was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Chinatown. The service was extremely fast, and the food was delicious. We particularly loved their Beef Chow Fun, noodles were perfectly cooked, and beef very tasty. They also had alcohol, which most restaurants didn't have.

I came here on Tuesday, August 30 at 6:12 PM with a group of ten and we were actually seated right away. We had the top floor to ourselves for a while which was nice and staff were quick with our foods. I also really liked that they gave us oranges and wet towelettes at the end. It went well.

The food was very good. We will definitely be back. I found some of the prices to be a little high but other than that it was kind of a quaint atmosphere where people must have been going there for years and like I said the food was good!

This place hasn't failed me yet. Such a great place for fun dates or group events. Karaoke is available for large groups upstairs. It's not exactly a quiet spot but the food is delicious.
5 stars for authenticity in menu, service, and food quality.
