The Customs House is a beautiful part of the Philadelphia skyline. The Passport agency is located inside, I don’t think you can access without an appointment but if you do don’t forget to look up in the main lobby!

This is an impressive building and definitely gives presence of authority. It was nice to see it when I walked around the neighborhood.

By appointment only NO exceptions no matter what other people tell you. I'm impressed! Everyone is very professional and helpful. Even the officer at the passport office that I snapped at spoke to me calmly and with care. I was having a very rough day so I appreciate his understanding.

I went in to get an expedited passport renewal.
The entry staff were prompt and professional.
Everyone was extremely helpful even though my situation was non-conventional (wasn't the normal reasons for expedition). Leslie in particular was an absolute angel. She was beyond kind and thoughtful, and helped me through the process. I made an appointment ahead of time and highly recommend it due to the very long lines for the walk-ins. Thanks so much again to Leslie!
