This particular one is sheltered inside, which was welcome because the day we visited the winds were whipping in between the tall buildings pretty fierce. The two guys on duty were polite but not overly friendly. We ordered, they took our money and we left. The area inside appeared clean; no characters hanging about, no offensive smells. Would go back if ever in the downtown area which seemed quite charming, vast and walkable. I believe Temple University was close by making it a great place for student. But parking was horrendous and it was a Sunday!

Ice cream is so creamy and yummy. Been eating their water ice since I was a little kid. 20+ years later they're still my favorite go to spot. I have yet to try everything on the menu. Great fruit smoothie, misto, water ice, and gelati. Yummy!!!
