Barry's Buns

I love these buns! One of my all time fav baked goods. We recently moved from the area but have loved Barry's Buns for years (sorry for not reviewing way sooner!). These are authentic sticky buns with clean ingredients. Win-win what a treat. Always kind and patient at the counter. A fav local biz we'll be sorely missing. Top priority for our visits back home for sure.

We were in Wildwood Crest NJ and went to Primo Hoagies. We saw Barry’s Buns right next door and thought we’d give them a try. OMG they are the best cinnamon buns I’ve ever had! Unfortunately we didn’t try them till late Monday. Wanted to go back Tuesday so we could take a bunch home. Sadly they are closed Tuesday 😫. The caramel apple parfait was outstanding too! I will never look at another cinnamon bun the same way after experiencing Barry’s Buns 😋 👍🏻

Good location, good customer service, and good prices. At first, I thought my impression was that they were pricey, but that was just based on what I wanted to pay. I don't know what other places charge. I will say that cost really doesn't matter once I tasted the treats! OMG! I've been back 3 times! You have to try the Jewish apple cake and the chocolate chip cookies! Makes you want to slap somebody!

sometimes you're just wrong (see review below). following owner's response, I went back and got a fresh bun (with raisins) and had it on the spot at 930 AM. Delicious. best bun ever? not sure. but very, very good... got 2 more to drop off with my brother, the bun lover. lesson? eat your buns when they're fresh... and respect to the owner for taking such pride in their product (changed to 5 stars, from initial 2) *** I think this may be the most disappointing 'highly rated' eating experience I have ever had.. I gave a 2nd star because 1 star reviews feel personal or like there was an eyeball in your food. Not the case here.. If youve ever had a moist, delicious sticky bun (Mallons down the shore, the old flourtown bakery) you cannot possibly enjoy these very dry buns.. Got them for my brothers Super bowl party; hes a huge sticky bun fan. 6 plain. 6 walnut.. We ended up throwing them out they were so dry and flavorless (These were purchased on a saturday. Eaten sunday. I suppose this couldve had an effect. But ive eaten plenty a day-old buns. Properly closed up, they should still be good)

Truly fantastic- We got the chocolate butter cake, walnut cinnamon roll, one chocolate chip cookie and a biscoff cupcake. We didn't get to eat them until much later that night/ the next morning (not to mention they had been sitting in the car for a few hours) and each of them were just like they had just been made. Seriously expert baking for that accomplishment, and obviously made with love. I will be thinking about this bakery for the rest of my life, no joke!

I had visited the Chestnut Hill location multiple times on trips to Philadelphia. The product quality is incredible. It never fails, no matter how many different products we tried, that the quality was always second to none. This Mother's Day, I am in NY, and I wanted to send my mother some treats. I contacted Barry's Buns, and even though I had missed the order deadline, they asked for the address to be delivered to and since they were making deliveries in that area, they let me add an order. My mother was so pleased by her no contact delivery surprise! Barry's Buns deserve 50 stars, not just 5. The product and service are both the highest quality!!! Thank you!
