Daiva's Diner

Loved the little pancake covered bacon strips! the mozzarella sticks were also super fresh and the chicken fingers were homemade and not like many other diners that have them frozen. the service was also great and i was seated pretty quickly. not to mention how affordable it is! overall, i’d come back again.

They've taken an old Pizza Hut and transformed it into a warm, cozy place! We had breakfast. They have an actual parking lot, which is a very rare bonus for a Philadelphia neighborhood restaurant. We sat at a spacious booth, and the wait staff was efficient and checked on us despite it being busy. I had the Spanish omelet but was tempted by the crab omelet. Maybe next time!

Got there at 3:05 on a Sunday, a day they close at 4:00 We were welcomed and didn't feel rushed at all. We ate well, got some leftovers home and left the place by 4:00 I do recommend Daiva's Grille and will come back every time I get back in Philly. My wife had Chicken Francese and she loved it. I chose the Appetizer Sampler and the Meatloaf (what I was really looking for). Everything tasted good and the portions had a good size.

I moved to the area a bit ago and am still looking for our go-to local breakfast spot. We tried out Daiva’s, and it’s now in the lead. A parking lot is vital—no need to circle streets looking for a spot. Huge inside. Plenty of seats at m 9 am on Sunday. Great service. Solid food. Overall, it was a great experience. I had the Corned Beef Casserole (Corn Beef Hash topped with (2) Eggs, served with Home Fries) evils the wife had the Breakfast Combo ( (2) Eggs, (2) Pancakes or French Toast, (2) Sausage Links, (2) Strips of Bacon with Home Fries ) It also had a kid's menu with many options. Great prices. Good food. We will be back.

I read a few reviews, and some weren't that good, so I decided to see for myself. When I arrived, the staff was very welcoming they got me seated right away, no wait. I thought it would be overcrowded because of all the cars out front. The food came fast and hot, ready to eat it was delicious. The staff kept checking up on me like I was at a five-star restaurant. This is definitely a place overlooked and a must try. If your disappointment then your the problem because this place was great. I will be returning.
