Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

In my experience, Asian Buffets are an average experience. So, with that said, I will be judging this place in comparison to other Asian buffets. The availability of all items was high, with nothing seeming empty or overly shuffled for the sake of appearance. The variety was also good; with your typical Asian buffet fair like General Tso's chicken, roasted duck, and cheap pizza for children. Of the options I tried, they tasted good, but were varying states of warm. The sushi selection was more than adequate, looked appealing, and tasted good (for a buffet, anyway) The only real negative I have to offer about the location is that the deserts were lackluster and the ice cream was pre-packaged. The counter-balance to this, however, was the hibachi. The quality of the cooked-to order option are what pushes this review to 4 stars, rather than 3.
